If you send a message via the contact form the message will be sent to jonathan@activeprocesses.com and you will receive a response via your preferred contact method. Cookies are not used to deliver messages submitted via the Contact form.

If required to by law Active Processes Ltd will share any data with law enforcement bodies.

Active Processes Ltd reserves the right to anonymise work samples and display those work samples on its website. Unless expressly forbidden in a works contract.

All work samples displayed will be:

  • Fully anonymised
  • Any data will be changed or altered to:
    • Prevent release of confidential information
    • Prevent unauthorised release of commercially sensitive information.

Some work samples and testimonials may be displayed with written permission. These work samples will not be anonymised and they may not be altered or changed in any way.

What rights you have over your data

You can request to receive a file that contains the personal data Active Process Ltd holds about you or your organisation. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Any data you have provided in the course of enquiring about Active Processes Ltd.’s services.
  • Any data acquired during the delivery of contractual services.

You can also request that we update, or erase any personal data we hold about you. The right to erasure or correction does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

The contact form is created in Gutena Forms. Gutena Forms retains data within the Active Processes Ltd WordPress Admin. Active Processes will delete the data sent via the contact form within 12 months.
