I consider myself fortunate to have a hybrid career that encompasses business change, IT change, process improvement and enterprise knowledge management.

These business improvement disciplines are vital to understanding your organisation. They help to increase productivity, reduce costs, enhance employee morale, and improve customer experience.

Educated to Level 7 I am committed to keeping up to date with the latest professional developments. Better processes, positive change and knowledge remain a focal point of all I do.

I enjoy homemade foods, charcuterie, casei culture and travel. Social history is also a passion of mine.
